      Services delivered at the Children's Treatment Center are generally covered by most insurances (including Medicaid). Please contact CTC directly (see above) to discuss details.

      For any services delivered outside the Children's Treatment Center, Dr. Kapalka does not accept insurance and requires payment in full at the time the services are delivered.
